Richard M. Daley
Chairman
Richard M. Daley brings decades of transformational leadership in public policy, urban governance, and economic development. As Chicago’s longest-serving mayor (1989 to 2011), he reshaped the city’s infrastructure, economy, and global profile, leading nationally recognized initiatives in sustainability, public-private partnerships, and urban revitalization. Since leaving office, he's advised Fortune 500 companies, international cities, and institutional investors at the intersection of capital markets, strategy, and policy. At GLGP, he provides high-level guidance on strategy, stakeholder engagement, and navigating complex regulatory and political environments.

Adam Hitchcock
Managing Partner
Adam Hitchcock brings a cross-sector background spanning finance, politics, and public policy. Before co-founding GLGP, he was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, reporting directly to the Executive Chairman on firmwide strategy. He served in the Obama White House in both the Office of the Chief of Staff and the Council of Economic Advisers and played key roles in the Obama-Biden Transition Project and 2008 campaign. Previously, Adam worked for Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley. He is a member of the Dean’s Council at Indiana University, serves on the Development Committee of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, and is a board member with Business Forward. He combines institutional experience with political fluency to help lead GLGP’s integrated approach to capital and policy.

Patrick R. Daley is an entrepreneurial investment professional experienced in finance, M&A, and business development across traditional and emerging sectors. He has led and executed complex growth capital, management buyout, and special situations investments in industries including real estate, telecommunications, logistics, consumer products, and financial services. He has built and exited multiple ventures and advised companies operating at the intersection of capital and government. At GLGP, he leads principal investing, strategic partnerships, and opportunity origination across sectors.
